World's longest water transmission tunnel — 12.5 km, 8.4m diameter — connecting Arafat to Taif, Saudi Arabia. Featured in MBC news coverage.

BIM / VDC Contribution:
• TBM Tunnel Simulation: Full 12.5 km tunnel construction sequence animated with Tunnel Boring Machine progression
• 4D Phase Planning: Time-sequenced construction stages with critical path integration
• 5D Cost Integration: Quantity and cost data linked per construction phase, S-curve and EVM tracking
• 3D Coordination & Clash Detection: Full MEP and structural coordination across tunnel cross-sections
• Construction Visualization: Photorealistic renders and animation using Lumion + After Effects
