• Developed Master Schedule (CPM), Detailed Budget, and Cost Baseline for full project lifecycle
• Managed concrete pouring operations, Formwork Engineering, and Lean Construction principles
• Implemented Calibration Schedule for all equipment and Ready Mix Plants
• Supervised material testing: Slump, Cube, Compressive Strength, Rebar Pull-Out
