World's longest double swing railway bridge across the Suez Canal (km 68.175). Contract value $100M. Role: Executive Director & Owner Representative for DC Abu Dhabi (Dorsch Gruppe).
Key achievements:
• Earthworks — 300,000 m³ Saved: Verified ~1,000,000 m³ cut/fill/backfill via Civil 3D + InfraWorks; identified & challenged 300,000 m³ contractor over-claim — owner paid on actual verified quantities
• Railway Corridor: Full corridor design, longitudinal profile, cross-sections across both banks and middle island
• HDD Under Both Canals: Supervised Horizontal Directional Drilling for power, telecom, and railway signalling under Old and New Suez Canal — zero navigation disruption
• Sonar Survey: Bathymetric survey of both canal beds to produce cross-sections for HDD bore path design
• VDC 5D Animation: Full construction simulation — 4D phased sequence, 5D quantity/cost per phase, clash detection and progress tracking at FHD professional quality
• Logistics: Managed works across 3 water-separated zones: West Bank → Old Canal → Middle Island → New Canal → Sinai
